Court Schedule
Criminal Calendar and Misdemeanor Traffic are heard on Wednesday mornings beginning at 9:00 a.m.
Small Claims/Commercial Claims are heard at 1:00 PM on Thursday afternoons depending upon the Judges schedule. You will be advised of the Court date at the time of filing.
Summary Proceedings (Evictions) are scheduled for Thursdays at 1:30 pm.
Arraignment Calendar of Criminal Cases are scheduled for Thursdays at 9:00 am.
Traffic Violation Cases are scheduled for Thursdays at 9:00 a.m.
City Code Violations are scheduled for the second Wednesday of every month at 2:00 p.m. |
