Todd W. McIntyre, Support Magistrate

Todd W. McIntyre graduated magna cum laude from Utica College of Syracuse University in 1989 earning a BA degree in Political Science, and he graduated cum laude from Albany Law School of Union University in 1992.

In 1992, Magistrate McIntyre joined the Boonville Law Firm of Lyman Perry Williams which became Williams & McIntyre in 1994. Mr. McIntyre represented many municipalities in Lewis and Oneida County for many years, and he was counsel to the Boonville Oneida County Fair Association and New York State Woodsmen’s Field Days, Inc. In addition to maintaining his private law practice, Mr. McIntyre served as an Assistant Oneida County Public Defender - Civil Division from July 1996 to August 1997, representing indigent clients in Oneida County Family Court. In August 1997, he was appointed an Assistant Oneida County Attorney serving as Lead Family Court Attorney which is a position he held until his appointment as a New York State Support Magistrate in April 2005.

Magistrate McIntyre is a member of the Lewis County Bar Association, Oneida County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and the New York State Support Magistrates Association. Additionally, Magistrate McIntyre was elected and served as a Village Trustee for the Village of Boonville from 1996 to 2000.

Magistrate McIntyre resides in Boonville, New York with his wife Nadine and their two children Robert and Marisa.
