NYS 4th Department Attorney Grievance Committees

The Attorney Grievance Committee of the Fourth Judicial Department investigates and prosecutes complaints of misconduct against lawyers.

The main purpose of the Committee is to protect the public against the small minority of lawyers who do not act in an ethical manner.
