Department Attorney Grievance Committees review all
complaints against lawyers in their jurisdiction. There are no standard forms for filing a complaint. However, to assist you in submitting your complaint, listed below are some general guidelines to follow. Include the following information in your correspondence :
If you have a complaint against a lawyer who does not represent you, include a brief explanation of the circumstances surrounding your involvement with this attorney. Once your complaint is ready, mail it to the appropriate Grievance Committee office listed below: |
