Appellate Division Disciplinary Decisions

 
The Appellate Division of the New York State Supreme Court, Fourth Judicial Department has ultimate authority over attorney conduct in their jurisdiction. The Court may impose discipline ranging from public censure to disbarment if the charges are sustained. When the Court takes disciplinary action against an attorney, the decision is made public.
