Fourth Department

        The Appellate Division Fourth Department is currently comprised of eleven judges. The Honorable Eugene F. Pigott Jr. is the Presiding Justice in addition to ten associate judges: Honorable Samuel L. Green, Honorable Elizabeth W. Pine, Honorable Leo F. Hayes, Honorable Donald J. Wisner, Honorable Robert G. Hurlbutt, Honorable Henry J. Scudder, Honorable L. Paul Kehoe, Honorable Christopher J. Burns, Honorable Jerome C. Gorski and the Honorable John F. Lawton.
