Accredited Provider News

- Changes to Program Rules and Regulations: Effective January 1, 2008, the Program Rules and the Regulations require that the faculty of every accredited program include at least one attorney in good standing, who must actively participate in the program. For information on this and other changes, see Highlights of Recent Changes to the Regulations, Joint Order of the Appellate Divisions and Addendum to FAQs.

- Certificate of Attendance revised January 1, 2008: All providers of courses accredited by the New York State CLE Board are required to use the revised certificate.

- Information session, open to current
New York State CLE Accredited Providers ONLY, will be held:

A member of the CLE staff will make a short
presentation on the CLE Rules and Regulations as they affect
New York Accredited Providers, and will then be available to
answer questions. Please e-mail us at CLENYAP@courts.state.ny.us to reserve a space, as seating is limited.
