Notice
In 2006, amendments were made to the statutes in Penal Law
article 156 which affected the definition of the crimes set forth in
Penal Law §§ 156.05, 156.10, 156.20, 156.25, 156.26, and
156.27, as applied to such crimes committed on or after November
1, 2006. L.2006, c. 558. The following constitute the
charges in effect prior to November 1, 2006.
