Community Outreach
Dear Interested School District:
One of the goals of the Unified Court System is to achieve and maintain a diverse
workforce. Our strategies include establishing working relationships with placement
and education professionals in hopes of identifying students who are interested
in pursuing careers in the New York State Unified Court System.
To this end, we are offering outreach workshops for students. Court professionals
are available to speak with your classes or youth groups. The workshops are
designed to provide students with an opportunity to enrich their knowledge
of the New York State Courts, enhance their understanding of the working world
and encourage them to consider the courts as a viable career.
Each workshop is tailored to meet the needs of your class or group. It is
our intent to empower students to make sound, informed choices about their
lives and careers.
