WELCOME FROM THE COUNTY CLERK

I would like to welcome you to the Queens County Clerk’s new web site.

I was appointed Queens County Clerk on May 12, 2011 and currently serve in that capacity as well as the Clerk of the Supreme Court and the Commissioner of Jurors.

Since my appointment, I have successfully instituted many new programs and initiatives that have technologically advanced and improved public access to records and information of the Queens County Clerk’s office. The Queens County Clerk’s minutes and business corporation system is now available online.

Our web site has been designed to enhance and provide greater access to all records and court proceedings. From jury service to notary, information is now available on our web site. Many of the questions, concerns and issues that previously required a visit to our office can now be answered online.

The Queens County Clerk’s office strives to provide the public with services in an efficient, innovative and cost effective manner. We will continue to improve and facilitate the availability of information online.

Special Notice - The Queens County Clerk's Office now accepts credit card payments for all transactions. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMEX.

There is a Mandatory E-Filing for all Commercial Case Types beginning on July 13, 2016.

Starting Monday, October 31, 2016, Office Hours to process U.S. Passports have been change to:

Monday thru Friday - 10:00 A.M to 12:00 P.M. and 2:00 P.M. to 3:30 P.M.
