Commencing JANUARY, 2013, the Queens County Surrogate’s Court Calendar Days will be as follows:

Process and Motion Calendars

The Process and Motion Calendars will be called every Thursday at 9:30 A.M., except as follows: No Calendar on July 4th, 2013 or NOVEMBER 28th, 2013.

The dates are as follows:

The Trial Calendar for all Jury and Non-Jury Trials will be called every Monday at 9:30 A.M., except as follows: No Calendar on the Mondays of JANUARY 21st, FEBRUARY 18th, May 27th, September 2nd, October 14th and November 11th 2013.
