As the Administrative Judge of the Civil Division of The Bronx County Supreme Court, it is my privilege and pleasure to welcome you to our Court and to our website.

In New York State, the Supreme Court is the highest trial court for civil cases. The Civil Division of Bronx Supreme Court is located in the Mario Merola County Building, 851 Grand Concourse, between 161st and 158th Streets. Other Courts and Governmental Offices are located in this building as well. They include: Surrogate’s Court; the Civil Court of the City of New York; Small Claims Court (which is a Division of the Civil Court), the Office of the Borough President; and the Marriage License Bureau.

This web site is designed to provide user friendly information about the operation of the court to the general public, jurors, attorneys and litigants. Our goal is to make the information you seek both understandable and accessible.

Included in this site is information about specialized litigation parts such as the matrimonial, guardianship and trial parts.
