All parties must be present for every appearance unless excused by the Court. Requests for adjournments must be made by conference call to the Clerk of the Part; if granted, stipulations consenting to the date agreed upon must be subsequently faxed to Chambers. Applications to consolidate existing Family Court matters must contain a copy of the Family Court petition and any existing orders.

If an adjourn date is assigned, a faxed stipulation must be sent to Chambers the day prior to the scheduled appearance. All adjournments are subject to final approval by the Judge.
