Motion and Conference calendars will be called promptly at 9:30 a.m.

All parties must be present for every appearance unless excused by the Court. Requests for adjournments must be made by conference all to the Clerk of the Part; if granted, stipulations consenting to the date agreed upon must be subsequently faxed to Chambers with the dates of adjournments and the reason for the adjournment. Applications to consolidate existing Family Court matters must contain a copy of the Family Court petition and any existing orders.

Applications for adjournments must be made to Chambers via conference call with all attorneys on the line. Please have index # available. If an adjourn date is assigned, a faxed stipulation must be sent to Chambers the day prior to the scheduled appearance. All adjournments are subject to final approval by the Judge.

Counsel are reminded always to bring their clients to Court for appearances unless previously excused or unless an adjournment has been granted.
