From the South:Take
I-90 West to 787-North proceed to Exit 8 (Watervliet, Green
Island) take a right at exit. At the end of the exit, at the
traffic light, take a right and then another right turn to bring
you eastbound over the Green Island Bridge. At the traffic light
at the end of the bridge you will take a right going past the
Fresno restaurant and proceed onto Third Street. Congress Street
is the fourth intersection heading south, you will take a right
at Congress & Third Streets. The courthouse is on the southeast
corner of Congress & Second Streets.
From the North:Take 787-South
to Exit 9E (Troy exit), take a right at exit and follow signs
for downtown Troy. This will bring you to Sixth Avenue, continue
on Sixth Avenue to Congress Street (Sixth Avenue comes to a
dead end at Congress Street) you must turn right here. The courthouse
is located on the corner of Congress & Second Streets.
From the East:Take NYS Route 7 westbound continuing
to Sixth Avenue. Take a left onto Sixth Avenue going south and
then follow directions from the north.
From the West:Take the Watervliet-Troy Bridge eastbound
through the tunnel. At the second light after the tunnel take
a left onto Fourth Street, after one block take a left onto
Congress Street. The courthouse is two blocks away on Congress
& Second Streets, the southeast corner.

Court-Criminal and Civil Parts

City Court is located
in downtown Troy next to Troy Police Station on the corner of
State Street and Sixth Avenue. From the County Courthouse, go
north on Second Street for one block, take a right onto State
Street. Cross over Third Street, Fourth Street, and Fifth Avenue.
Troy City Court is located on your left half way between 5th
and 6th Avenue.

Only on-street parking is available.
Rensselaer
City Court-Criminal and Civil Parts
505 Broadway, Rensselaer, N.Y. 12144
City Court is located
in Rensselaer City Hall, on the 2nd floor. Take I-787 South
to US-9 S / US-20 E , Exit 3A toward Rensselaer. Stay straight
to US-9 S / Dunn Memorial Bridge / US-20 E. Continue to follow
US-9 S / US-20 E and take ramp toward Route 43 / Rensselaer
and then left onto Broadway.
Parking:
Free parking is available
in the City Hall parking lot as well as off-street parking.
Please observe signs which prohibit parking.
