Assistance will be available the first and third Tuesday of each month

Assistance 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. during winter hours

The library staff may not select a form for you; explain civil or criminal procedure; interpret statutes, cases, or court rules; or give assistance in preparing those documents necessary to either bring or defend an action. The staff of the library is prohibited from rendering any advise, opinions or interpretations of the law.
