Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. You may pay traffic
tickets and request adjournments at the Court Clerk's window
during these hours.
Court Schedule
Court is in session each weekday at 9:00 a.m. for criminal
cases.
Drug Court is held on
alternate Tuesday afternoons at 2 p.m., and is open to the
public.
Mental Health Court is held on alternate Thursday afternoons at 2 p.m., and is open to the
public.
Small Claims Mediation is held every other Wednesday afternoon. Meetings are with trained Mediators from the North Country Conflict Resolution Center. Often parties can reach a satisfactory resolution themselves with the help of an expert mediator. If mediation is not successful, the case will proceed to the scheduled trial date.
Summary Proceedings brought by landlords are
scheduled Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 1:30 p.m.
