Family Court was established in New York State in 1962. Originally, the Warren County Family Court was located in the old South Street School in Glens Falls, then moved to the Municipal Center in 1963.

Family Court Term Information:
Family Court Operates a daily calendar for all matters before the Judge. Support & paternity cases in Warren County are heard before the Hearing Examiner three days a week, Tuesday-Thursday-Friday, with Fridays reserved for trials.
