Lewis County Family Court Art Exhibition

In the Fall of 2003 Judge Merrell initiated an Art Exhibition to showcase the artwork of the many talented young citizens of Lewis County. The artwork is displayed in the Family Courtroom along with the one constant piece of art entitled "Spirit of '76" which is a copy of an original by Archibald Willard.

Chris Hirsch and Dan Young, Seniors from South Lewis Central School Class of 2004, coordinated the Art Exhibition for South Lewis in the Spring of 2004 with the assistance of
their instructor, Carol McMahon. They are shown here with some of their art.

Adrienne Gagnier and Nicole Bush, Seniors from Beaver River Central School Class of 2004, coordinated an Art Exhibition with the assistance of their instructor, Ginny Hovenden. Shown below are Katie Birchenough and Adrienne Gagnier with the artwork they displayed.
