From the South
From Utica, take NYS Route 12 North approximately 56 miles to Lowville; at the third traffic light continue straight onto NYS Route 26 North (North State Street); the Courthouse is located on the right after the fourth traffic light.

From the West
From Syracuse, take Interstate 81 North; take exit 42, NYS Route 177 to Smithville/Adams Center and turn right onto NYS Route 177; continue on NYS Route 177 easterly until reaching stop sign and the intersection of NYS Route 177 and NYS Route 12, turn slight right onto NYS Route 12; at the first traffic light take a left onto NYS Route 26 (North State Street); the Courthouse is located on the right after the next traffic light.

From the North
From Watertown, take NYS Route 12 South approximately 28 miles to Lowville; at first traffic light take a left onto NYS Route 26 (North State Street); the Courthouse is located on the right after the next traffic light.

Parking

Parking for State and County Employees is located behind the Courthouse off of Trinity Avenue.

Parking for visitors is available on the street, as well as public parking on Parkway Drive, across from the Courthouse
