Court Schedule
Criminal Calendar and Misdemeanor Traffic are heard on Wednesday mornings beginning at 9:00 a.m.

Small Claims/Commercial Claims are heard at 9:00 a.m. on either a Monday, Thursday or Friday morning depending upon the Judges schedule. You will be advised of the Court date at the time of filing.

Summary Proceedings (Evictions) are scheduled for Wednesdays at 2:00 p.m.

Traffic Violation Cases are scheduled for Thursday afternoon at 2:00 p.m.

City Code Violations are scheduled for the second Wednesday of every month at 2:00 p.m.
