Record Searches

Elmira City Court has a Public Access terminal for civil records, located in the Court Clerk's office lobby. The terminal is open during regular Court hours. There is no fee for searching the public access terminal.

If public access is not utilized and Court personnel are requested to perform a record search, the search fees apply.

If copies of any Court documents are requested on unsealed records, there is a fee of $.65 per page ($1.30 minimum) required prior to copying.
