Requesting Review by the Court

Anyone who wishes to request that the Court review a parking ticket must complete a written application (available in Adobe Acrobat or Omniform - Complete and Print) or by obtaining the application form from the Oneonta City Court. The application must be accompanied with the original ticket. If you are unable to locate the original ticket, you can obtain a copy from the Oneonta City Chamberlain.

There is no court schedule for appearing before the Judge to verbally contest the ticket. The Court will review your written application and make a determination within 30 days. After 30 days, you may check on the status of the parking ticket by contacting 607-432-4480.

If the ticket has been dismissed by the Court, you will not be notified.

You will be notified if there is a fine due to the City of Oneonta.

Payments should be made to City of Oneonta Chamberlain. Payments are not payable to Oneonta City Court.

Questions regarding registration suspension due to an unanswered or unpaid parking ticket should be directed to the Oneonta City Chamberlain.
