If you want to protest a parking ticket you must go to the Traffic Violations Bureau at City Hall located at 24 South Street. There you must complete a Request for a Hearing form stating the reasons for your protest. Please bring the ticket with you.

At the time of protest, you will be notified of the court date if you wish to attend the court proceedings. You are not required to attend the court proceedings, you will be notified in writing by the Traffic Violations Bureau of the outcome.

Parking Ticket Court is held on the third Wednesday of the month at 8:30 a.m.
