General Info Parties requesting Orders of Protection are referred to the Cayuga County Probation Department (315)253-1246 for intake services prior to filing a petition. All adjournment requests must be made in writing. Attorneys are required to submit a signed affidavit of engagement. If an adjournment is granted the court will contact parties either by phone or in writing.
