From the east: Take 490 West to the Plymouth Avenue/Broad Street Exit. After exiting turn right onto Broad Street. Continue east across Plymouth Avenue, at the second light, you may turn right into the Civic Center Plaza. Park your vehicle and look for the entrance to the Hall of Justice or the City Public Safety Building.

From the west: Take 490 East to the Plymouth Avenue Exit (stay in the left lane as the exit is from the left). After exiting, bear to the right and go south on Plymouth Avenue to Broad Street. Take a left onto Broad Street going east. At the next light, you may turn right into the Civic Center Plaza. Park your vehicle and look for the entrance to the Hall of Justice or the City Public Safety Building.
