ADR TRAINING PROGRAMS
The Eighth Judicial District ADR Program's Neutral Evaluator Training will be held on Friday, March 7th, 2008 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM in the Ceremonial Courtroom located on the second floor of 92 Franklin Street, Buffalo, New York. This program is being presented by OCA for the mandatory training requirement for ADR Neutral Evaluators pursuant to the Eighth District's ADR Protocols. There is no fee for this training. May 2008 - Divorce Mediation Training with Bernie Mayer
This training specifically focuses on the full divorce - deals with EDL issues, pensions and working with other professionals. (Does not have a specific parenting dispute component but deals with these issues throughout the training). Geared towards those who want to incorporate divorce mediation into their practice.
