PROTOCOL FOR EMERGENCY APPLICATIONS TO
SUPREME COURT
IN CIVIL ACTIONS AND PROCEEDINGS
Effective immediately, during the evening and on weekends
and holidays when the courthouse is closed, there is a new Administrative Protocol to handle emergency civil applications
being sought in Supreme Court, including requests for temporary restraining orders. Any attorney seeking emergency relief, should contact 1-800-430-8457 or email emergency@nycourts.gov to obtain a judicial assignment.
