ADA ACCESSIBILITY:
The courthouse does have access entry and exit ramps. There are curb cuts to the facility entry. There is parking for the disabled about 150 ft. from the courthouse. Corridors and public areas are accessible and two courtrooms are ADA accessible. The building is four-stories with an elevator. There is an ADA accessible public restroom on the second floor.

FROM THE NORTH OR THE SOUTH TAKING THE NY STATE THRUWAY
Take the New York State Thruway to Exit 18 (New Paltz). Turn right onto Route 299 to Route 9W. Turn right onto Route 9W South to the Mid Hudson (Franklin Delano Roosevelt) Bridge. After crossing the bridge to Poughkeepsie, at the third traffic light go left onto Market Street to the Courthouse at 10 Market Street at the corner of Market Street and Main Street. Public parking is available on Market Street.

FROM THE NORTH OR THE SOUTH TAKING THE TACONIC STATE PARKWAY
Exit the Taconic Parkway at Route 55 WEST TO POUGHKEEPSIE. Route 55 merges with Route 44 and Mill Street in the City of Poughkeepsie, and converges to one way three lane highway. Proceed in the left lane to the end. Turn left and at the next intersection turn left onto Market Street to the Courthouse at 10 Market Street at the corner of Market Street and Main Street. Public parking is available on Market Street.

FROM THE EAST TAKING ROUTE 55 TOWARD POUGHKEPSIE
Route 55 merges with Route 44 and Mill Street in the City of Poughkeepsie, and converges to a one way three lane highway. Proceed in the left lane to the end.
