Overview

The Attorney Grievance Committee of the First Judicial Department (AGC) investigates complaints against lawyers whose offices are located in Manhattan or the Bronx.
 
All new complaints should be emailed to:
AD1-AGC-newcomplaints@nycourts.gov (See, How to File a Complaint brochure for additional instructions).
 
All other documents, including pleadings, should be emailed to:
AD1-AGC@nycourts.gov, followed by a hard copy by first class mail.
