Dismissal Calendar – Causes in Which Settlements Not Finalized
In each of the following causes a party gave notice to the court that the cause or the action orproceeding underlying it was settled but a stipulation withdrawing the cause was not filed in theoffice of the Clerk within 30 days following the receipt of such notice. If within 15 business daysfrom the first day of publication of this dismissal calendar a stipulation in proper form withdrawingthe cause has not been filed in the office of the clerk of this court or a motion has not been made foran enlargement of time to do so, an order shall be entered dismissing the cause as abandoned.
