After careful consideration, the Independent Judicial Election Qualification Commission for the Fifth Judicial District, has issued the following ratings of candidates running for judicial offices within the Fifth Judicial District, which includes the counties of Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Oneida, Onondaga and Oswego:
