Welcome to the Commercial Division’s website, which was re-launched in July 2007. You may notice some changes to the style and format of the page. There are also some newly-added features we would like to call your attention to:

• A Google-powered search engine for the Commercial Division Law Report, including search tips.

• A dynamic and up-to-date Statewide Standards and Rules page, reflecting the current guidelines for assignment to the Commercial Division, and Uniform Rules of practice within the Division. (See 22 NYCRR 202.70).

• An updated history of the Commercial Division.

• A reorganized archive of past Commercial Division publications, including back issues of the Commercial Division Law Report.
