Starting a No-Fault Action Electronically

The Civil Court allows you to file an unlimited number of no-fault actions electronically. With this service you can send information to the court on any day at any time. You can also file the affidavit of service electronically. You will receive confirmation of the filing from the court.

Additionally, you will be able to email requests for judgments electronically!
