We operate Night Court on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings beginning at 5:00 pm. Parties may file petitions for the following case types: Family Offense, Custody/Visitation, Guardianship and Paternity/Support.

The Child Support Enforcement Term (CSET) is a specialized term of the Family Court that handles child support cases involving children who are receiving assistance from the Department of Social Services.

If Social Services is not involved or the issue is spousal support, custody/visitation and/or domestic violence etc. the matter is handled in the various counties of New York City.
