The Office of Self Represented is committed to serving the public in a professional manner and providing the highest level of quality service in order to fulfill the public's right to fair and efficient justice.

In order to provide the public with access to a judicial forum for the just and timely resolution of disputes, this office is dedicated to providing assistance to court users including the ability to file various court papers, petitions and/or motions.

Please Note:
Each of the counties of the New York City Family Court handles all of the following case types (except for the specialized term of the Child Support Enforcement Term [CSET], which only handles child support cases of children receiving public assistance).
