TRIAL PART RULES

Part D is a trial part pursuant to the Housing Court Initiative. Parties assigned to this part are presumed ready for trial with all necessary documents and witnesses available. If a trial is continued or adjourned for any reason, defaults or dismissals will be taken if a party has not appeared within 30 minutes of the scheduled time. Orders to Show Cause are returnable at 9:30 a.m. Defaults, dismissals and/or inquests on an alleged illegal lockouts will be determined at 10:15 a.m.
