PART RULES

HON.  RUBEN ANDRES MARTINO

Check in:

All litigants and attorneys are to check in with the Clerk at the time the case is noticed to be heard.

Stipulations:

Proposed stipulations shall be submitted to the Clerk or Court Officer for review by the Court Attorney and Judge. Pending review by the Court Attorney or Judge, the parties and the attorneys shall remain available or be subject to default or dismissal.

Defaults:

9:30 am cases:  Defaults or dismissals shall occur at 11:00 am.
2:15 pm cases:  Defaults or dismissals shall occur at 3:00 pm. The Court strongly suggests that new cases be settled per stipulation with a right to restore for a judgment. Repairs, if any, should be included in the agreement with access
and completion dates.

If a case or proceeding is not completed by the time cases are called for default, any party not present shall be subject to default or adjournment regardless of having checked in earlier with the Clerk.
