HON. AVA ALTERMAN

Attorneys and pro se litigants are to check in with the Clerk or the Court Officer.

Only attorneys and pro se litigants may appear before the Court.

Attorneys are required to have full knowledge and authority to resolve all matters.

Applications, scheduling conflicts, requests for conferences or interpreters, problems due to child care or employment responsibilities, or other special circumstances should be brought to the attention of the Court immediately.

Any attorney who leaves the Resolution Part after submitting a stipulation for the Court's review shall be deemed to have waived the right to be present during allocution. Dispositions may be entered on default, at the Court's discretion, not less than 30 minutes after the scheduled time.
