All parties shall be ready to proceed immediately.

Attorneys and pro se litigants are to check in with the Clerk or the Court Officer.

Trials and hearings referred from Part X shall commence within 30 minutes after referral or such matters may be subject to disposition on default, at the Court's discretion. Adjourned matters shall be treated similarly
