RESOLUTION PART RULES

HON.  RONNI BIRNBAUM

1. All parties must check in with the Court Officer at the desk.

2. Defaults for 9:30AM are taken at 10:30 AM.
    Defaults for 11:00 A.M. cases are taken at 12:00 Noon.
    Defaults for 2:00 P.M. are taken at 3:00 PM.

3. All non-payment stipulations should contain an accurate breakdown of rental arrears.

4. Any repair issues should be addressed in stipulations, with access dates and completion dates.
