TRIAL PART RULES

HON. RONNI BIRNBAUM

1. All parties must check in with court officer upon entering the part.

2. All parties must be ready to proceed. There are no applications for adjournments in the trial part. In the event a trial is not finished in one day, it will continue to the next day until it is completed.

3. Counsel who appear must be fully familiar with the case and be ready for trial and/or fully authorized to enter into a settlement agreement.
