TRIAL PART RULES

HON. MARIA RESSOS

1. Parties are presumed to be ready for trial.

2. Parties or their counsel must sign in with the Clerk upon entering the Part.

3. Calendar service or representatives may sign in on behalf of a party, but may not appear in the Part for any other reason.

4. There will be no calendar or roll calls.

5. Defaults for scheduled trials or hearings may take place 20 minutes following the scheduled starting time.
