RESOLUTION PART RULES

1. All parties or their attorneys are to check in with the court officer upon arrival.
2. Calendar calls will be held at the following times. Only those
cases where one or both parties has not checked in will be called. Defaults
and dismissals will be entered.
10:30
am all cases scheduled for 9:30 am will be called
11:45
am all cases scheduled for 11:00 am will be called
2:45
pm all cases scheduled for 2:00 pm will be called
3. Cases where both sides have checked in and are marked "ready" will be held for a reasonable period of time to allow the parties an opportunity to discuss a resolution of the case. The court will dispose of those cases, in a manner deemed appropriate, where attorneys or parties check in but fail to return to conference or otherwise resolve their cases within a reasonable period of time.
3. Applications for adjournments will be heard immediately following the calendar calls. If you have an application please inform the court officer or court clerk upon arrival or at the calendar call.
4. On nonpayment proceedings or motions in which a party has defaulted, attorneys must provide the court information regarding the status of their defaults. Failure to provide the information prior to 1:00 pm for morning cases or 3:30 pm for afternoon cases will result in dismissals and/or denials of the petitions or motions.
5. In holdover proceedings where respondents have failed to appear, please inform the court if you are ready for inquest or require an application for an adjournment.
