TRIAL PART RULES

CHECK IN PROCEDURE
All parties must check in with the court officer.

DEFAULTS
All parties must be ready to proceed to trial at the time they are assigned to the Part.

Parties scheduled to appear at 9:30 a.m. will be held in default upon failure to appear by 10:00 a.m.

Parties scheduled to appear at 2:15 p.m. will be held in default upon failure to appear by 3:00 p.m.

Parties who fail to appear at the scheduled time will be subject to default, dismissal or other appropriate relief.

ADJOURNMENTS
Adjournments may be granted upon approval of the court for good cause only.

MOTIONS
The court requires oral argument on all motions.
