1. There is no roll call.

2. Check in with the officer. Unrepresented parties check in on their own behalf; attorneys or a member of the attorney's firm check in on behalf of their client(s).

3. There is no calendar call.

4. Defaults are taken at 10:30 a.m. for motions and orders to show cause. Defaults on hearings and trials scheduled by the Court shall be taken at 9:45 am.

5. Default Procedure:  The case is called inside and outside the courtroom. If respondent does not appear, a final judgment is entered against the respondent. If petitioner fails to appear, the petition is dismissed. In a holdover proceeding, if respondent fails to appear, the judge holds an inquest; if petitioner fails to appear, the petition is dismissed. If respondent fails to appear on the return date of his/her Order to Show Cause, it will be denied; if petitioner fails to appear on the return date, any relief requested by the respondent can be granted.
