RESOLUTION PART RULES

HON. MARIA MILIN

1. Upon arrival in the Courtroom, all parties must check in with a part staff member (usually the Court Clerk or the Court Officer).

2. 9:30 am cases - parties for cases that are scheduled for 9:30 am will be held in default upon failure to appear by 11:00 am.

3. 11:00 am cases - parties to cases that are scheduled for 11:00 am will be held in default upon failure to appear by 12:00 pm.

4. 2:00 pm cases - parties to cases that are scheduled for 2:00 pm will be held in default upon failure to appear by 3:00 pm.

These guidelines are subject to modification at the discretion of the Court.
