TRIAL PART RULES

HON. MARIA MILIN

1. Upon arrival in the Courtroom, all parties must check in with a staff member in the Part (usually the Court Clerk or Court Officer).

2. 9:30 a.m. cases: Parties that are scheduled to appear for 9:30 a.m. will be held in default upon failure to appear by 10:00 a.m.

3. 2:00 p.m. cases: Parties that are scheduled to appear for 2:00 p.m. cases will be held in default upon failure to appear by 3:00 p.m.

4. After a case is referred from Part X, the parties have 30 minutes to appear in the Part ready to proceed or the matter will be dismissed or the party defaulted.

5. These guidelines are subject to modification at the discretion of the Court.
