TRIAL PART RULES

HON. BRUCE M. KRAMER

1. The Part opens promptly at 9:30 a.m. and at 2:00p.m.

2. All parties or their attorneys must check in with the Part Clerk or Court Officer upon entering the Courtroom.

3. There is no calendar call or roll call.

4. Defaults and/or Dismissals are granted at 10:00a.m. for cases on the 9:30 calendar.

5. Both sides on cases assigned to the Part from Part X are presumed to be ready for trial.
