1. 11:00 am default call for all 9:30 am cases where one or more parties have not checked in.

2. 12:00 noon default call for 11:00 am cases where one or more parties have not checked in.

3. 3:00 pm default call for all 2:00 pm cases where one or more parties have not checked in.

 

ALL STIPULATIONS SETTLING NONPAYMENT CASES ON FOR THE FIRST TIME must INCLUDE A RENT BREAKDOWN.

Trial Part Rules


Hon. Marcia J. Sikowitz

1. Defaults will be called at 11:00 am.

2. Parties have 20 minutes to appear in the Part after a case has been sent from the Expeditor or else the non-appearing parties are in default.
