Administrative Judges
The Administrative Judges for the eight Judicial Districts outside New York City report to the Deputy Chief Administrative Judge for the Courts outside New York City. They are responsible for the on-site management of the trial-level courts. They manage court caseloads and are responsible for general administrative functions including personnel and budget matters. They also provide oversight for the locally paid Town and Village Courts and work with the Supervising Judges for the Justice Courts within their respective Districts.
